They took my feeding tube out today and I’m having everything from my bottles now
They also said I’m coming off my monitor tomorrow too

Today I was allowed to use one if my own bottles instead of the hospital ones and I think they are great so I drunk all my milk

Also my nails are growing so mummy put some oven gloves on me so I don’t scratch myself

Today I was moved from the High Dependency unit to Special Care.
I haven’t got my oxygen now so that’s a good thing.
It’s a bit noisier in here but that may just be some of the visitors that have been in today.
Grandma Mahoney came up to see me today and grandad also popped in for a few minutes to see my new room.
Nanny was working all day today so couldn’t come. Grandad says Nan Nan had started knitting another lovely blanket for me

I’m seven weeks old today. I’m wearing my lovely cardigan my great nan knitted me and I’ve also got my lovely blanket she knitted too

Today is St George’s day and I think I look very smart for it

Today mummy and daddy had a roast dinner at nanny’s
After they all came up to see me

Today is Easter Sunday and I think mummy has hidden my Easter egg in my bottle

Well I finished my bottle and didn’t see any Easter eggs.
Perhaps I’ll have a look around for one

Today is grandad’s birthday and mummy & daddy took him and nanny out for breakfast this morning.
I now weigh 5 pounds so am getting bigger gradually

Mummy says I’ve been a big brave boy today. I’ve been a little bit poorly the last couple of days so I’ve had some oxygen and a blood transfusion. Mummy says I look a lot better now

I’ve also been ever so good and managed to drink a bottle of milk today instead of having it in a tube
